We provide one comprehensive service built around our 60+ minute therapy sessions, specifically crafted for expecting parents, parents, and the career focussed.

What’s included
Your investment, $300

A safe and supportive space for both partners to feel heard. In our sessions we will work towards uncovering root causes of common issues while also finding practical methods to help you move forward.
We can address common challenges such as constant conflict, codependency, and complex trauma, as well as context specific issues that manifest for expecting parents, parents, and career-focussed couples.
Each session length is 60 minutes, with flexibility to suit your needs. If we need to go over time, we can at no extra cost.

We provide between-session reflection prompts and a handy resource list, tailored to your relationship’s unique needs.
We know life is busy though, so these shouldn’t be considered homework — but something to have in your back pocket if and when issues arise.

We understand that when relationship issues arise, having to wait weeks for support can feel impossible. We aim to be available when clients need.
What to expect
Our practice is guided by evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Therapy, Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), and the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT).

1. Assessment Phase
To evaluate the couple’s situation, outline goals, and determine a roadmap for therapy. This can involve individual sessions for both partners.
2. Treatment Phase
To actively address the issues identified in the assessment phase. This can involve learning new skills or challenging existing behaviour patterns.
3. Maintenance Phase
To consolidate gains and refresh skills achieved during the treatment phase. This is achieved with period check-ins as needed.
