Expecting Parents

  • It’s normal to feel anxious about how life, intimacy, and identity will change once the baby comes. Many couples secretly worry their closeness won’t survive the transition.

We help expecting couples build confidence, clarity, and connection, so you can step into this next chapter feeling secure in your relationship and ready to grow together.

  • The endless to-dos, shifting roles, and fears about the unknown can turn even little conversations into arguments. You want to enjoy this season, but instead you feel tense, disconnected, or like you’re already falling behind.

Our sessions give you the tools to communicate, manage stress, and stay close—so you can face parenthood side by side.

Parents

  • Between diapers, deadlines, and dishes, the spark that brought you together can feel lost. Couples often wonder if they’ll ever get back to the closeness they once knew.

It is possible to find each other again—stronger, more united, and still deeply in love.

  • Parenthood often brings joy—but also resentment, short tempers, and disconnection. When every ounce of energy goes to your kids, it’s easy to feel like there’s nothing left for your partner.

You don’t have to keep living as roommates. We help parents rebuild connection so you can be partners and parents.

The Career-focussed

  • High performers often bring the same drive to their relationship, but love doesn’t work like a checklist. If you feel like you’re excelling everywhere but can’t bridge the gap with your partner, you’re not alone.

Together, we’ll slow down, step out of performance mode, and rediscover real connection.

  • From the outside, people admire your life. But behind closed doors, the pressure, long hours, and high expectations leave little space for intimacy. Success has come at the cost of connection.

In therapy, you can learn how to have both: achievement in the world and deep fulfillment at home.

What is couples therapy and do we need it?

Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help improve communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds within your relationship. It can also provide a safe space to express your feelings feelings, gain insights into relationship dynamics, and learn healthier coping mechanisms.

If common issues such as lack of communication, frequent arguments, or emotional withdrawal sound familiar - couples therapy could be right for you. Learn more about our bespoke service.

Overcoming the stigma together

Societal norms, lack of awareness, and media representation can create stigma around couples therapy, despite its proven effectiveness in improving relationships and enhancing overall well-being.

Understanding and challenging these stigmas with your partner can help you both invest in building and maintaining a healthy thriving relationship together.

Mindfulness in your relationship

Mindfulness is all about being fully present and aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in the moment, without judgment or attachment.

In relationships, mindfulness can help partners regulate their responses and more fully accept one another, resulting in less negative fallout when conflict arises.

Mindfulness within couples therapy fosters deeper empathy and ultimately, deeper connection.
